I’ve been writing training plans for myself and friends for years, but now I’m making it business ✨official✨ and rounding up my first group of athletes for a beta launch.

In exchange for being the first clients officially under the Sunny Sky Runs coaching program, I’m giving four athletes the chance to have a running coach for a two month program at an extremely discounted rate — and no, you don’t have to run any marathons.

I’m accepting athletes at any speed, level and goal distance - located anywhere!

BETA LAUNCH

  • The Beta Program will be accepting four athletes to receive all the benefits of having your own personal running coach (hello motivation!) who is invested in your past experience with running/fitness, how it applies to your current experience, and how it will impact both your long-term goals and lifetime goals.

    As the first athletes of the Sunny Sky Runs program, I’ll need your help trialing my coaching tools and platforms so that I can ensure they’re perfect for my hard launch in a few months. I’ll also need to collect some data to showcase my results (don’t worry - we can keep it anonymous if you prefer).

    So what does this entail?

    Depending on what your running goals are, you can choose a goal race at any distance that we can get you trained for over a two month period. Depending on when we kick off your program, your dates will likely be around early June.

    If, for whatever reason, you have no interest or don’t want to sign up for a “goal race,” we can discuss other standards by which to measure your progress over the 2 month period.

  • You can expect a new sense of confidence from achieving a major goal you didn’t think you were capable of.

    You can also expect support and attention to detail throughout the entire process. As your coach, it’s my #1 goal to see you form a new love for running and reach your goals.

    Once we’ve coordinated the best plan to suit your lifestyle and needs, I’ll share your plan for the week ahead at the start of each week with you. If, for whatever reason, you miss a workout or can’t complete one - I’ll make any real-time modifications to ensure you’re best prepared to stay on track.

    What will be expected of me?
    The only things you’ll need to come prepared with are a heart-rate monitor of any kind (Apple Watch, running watch, or you can buy a basic one for $20 on Amazon) and running shoes.
    If you need recommendations on either, I’m happy to discuss with you!

  • •Consultation on running experience, past injuries, likes/dislikes, problem areas, goals, and more

    •Detailed/customized training plan 100% tailored toward your needs

    •Adjustments to plan as needed to ensure you stay on track

    •Education on your heart rate zones and how to use the data correctly during your run

    •Help with nutrition/supplements/fueling

    •Injury prevention (based on injury history), general runner strength straining (lower body + core)

    •Weekly touchbases if desired + regular access to communicate as needed

    •Option to add on personal training package for hybrid athletes, full body strength training programs (+$100/month)

  • Any motivated individuals that want to get better at running or have been thinking about getting a coach but want to try it out with low stakes.

    Your pace, distance, or current activity levels don’t matter — just a desire to continue growing into the best version of yourself!

  • There are so many benefits to getting a run coach at any level - but for the sake of your time, I’ll keep it short.

    Accountability. Customization to your own needs. Training smarter, not harder. Spotting problems and coming up with solutions for those problems. Tricks picked up from years of experience (anything from race day logistics to tweaks to be made for running in hot or cold weather). New skills. No guesswork. Injury prevention. Professional level expertise.

    Typical coaching programs cost $200/month and can wind up providing very surface level attention with limited access to the coach. With me, you’ll get individualized attention, real-time modifications, and a very involved cheerleader. The Beta Program will have a rate of $75/month. Since this is a 2-month trial program, the $150 will be paid upfront. If we continue working together after the Beta Program, we can swap to monthly payment periods.

    Additionally, I will be giving any Beta participants a 10% discount for life (even if you go and come back) as a thank you for being my first athletes. Once the Beta program has ended, I’ll have different tiers of support and pricing for less or more involved plans - and we can absolutely change up your plan if you choose to continue training together.

    Additionally, I have always written my own and my close friends’ race training plans ranging from 5k distances to marathons.
